Still have questions?

If you filled out the questionnaire and did not receive a prescription, RTHM medical providers determined that the specific medication did not meet your health care needs at this time. You can re-apply for the same medication 3 months after the rejection date. If you have specific questions, you can contact our support team through your dashboard.
After completing a health assessment, it usually takes 1 full business day for our clinicians to review and prescribe the medication, provided you qualify. Once the pharmacy receives the prescription, fulfillment is based on the pharmacy's schedule and availability. Compounded medications and any medications that go to a mail order pharmacy and can take several days to ship.
For safety and compliance reasons, we have to confirm your identity before prescribing any medications to you. That is why we have the ID verification step. For ID verification, you can use a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
At this time, we don't submit claims to insurance companies or provide support for medical prior authorizations. However, our consultation fee is cheaper than most copays paid for specialty clinicians. In many cases, you can, however, use your insurance when filling your prescription at your pharmacy. If your insurance is not accepted, RTHM also offers discount drug cards to make medications more affordable.
If you have any questions or concerns about your prescription, please send a request via your patient dashboard. We're always here to support your health.
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing side effects. For some medications, it's common to experience mild side effects during the first few days or weeks as your body adjusts. You can read about your medication's common side effects in the clinical summary that we sent to your email. If you'd like to talk to a medical provider about your concerns, please log in to your patient dashboard and select the "?" button in the top right to get in touch with the support.
Unfortunately, due to regulations, we cannot allow patients to change their health assessment once it is submitted. If you believe that you have erroneously been disqualified during your health assessment, please contact our support team here.
