Slow down your heart rate and say goodbye to palpitations with propranolol, an FDA-approved beta-blocker designed to improve symptoms of dysautonomia, POTS, Long COVID, and ME/CFS.

Your condition is unique, so we make sure the treatment is safe for you. We look at your diagnoses, current medications, allergies, vitals (for relevant medications), and symptoms to identify potential contraindications and treatment interactions. Safety is always the first concern.
An expert clinician in complex illnesses like Long COVID, ME/CFS, MCAS, and POTS will review your assessment. If approved, they will prescribe your treatment and build a safe dosage plan, often starting low and tapering up gradually only as tolerated. Pay zero fees if you're not approved.
Once your prescription is approved, you'll have the option to schedule a Medication Consultation with a RTHM clinician. Use this visit to ask questions related to your prescription, discuss side effects, dosing, or any medication-related concerns.
Pick up and pay for your prescription at your local pharmacy or, if applicable, the mail-order compounding pharmacy will ship it to you. You can often begin treatment within 1 business day for medications that are not compounded or filled at mail order pharmacies.

I’ve been on propranolol for about two+ weeks now, and the difference is insane to me. I can stand and walk around and barely feel a thing. I cooked three meals in a single weekend when I hadn’t been able to cook in over a year. I’m able to take the dog out without getting lightheaded and short of breath. I just interviewed for three jobs (I haven’t worked in over a year)! I finally got my driver’s permit (a huge feat).

Propranolol helped me so much. I almost entirely stopped fainting and I can walk around stores etc much more easily, without a cane for dizziness and fatigue that I used to use most of the time. I started out on 10mg twice a day, then 20mg twice a day, now 60mg extended release in the morning. No noticeable side effects for me, which was a pleasant surprise.
