Magnesium (as Magnesium Orotate 100 mg, Magnesium Glycerophosphate 100 mg, TRAACS® Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate Taste Free 100 mg), Montmorency Tart Cherry Powder (Prunus cerasus)(fruit), California Poppy Extract (Eschscholzia californica cham.)(aerial parts), Lavender Extract (Lavandula officinalis Chaix.)(flower), Natural flavor, steviol glycosides (from organic Stevia rebaudiana leaf), partially hydrolyzed guar gum, citric acid.

Mix 6 grams (approximately one scoop) of powder in 8 ounces of water per day 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
