  • Trifolamin™ lozenges deliver a synergistic combination of methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin, three bioavailable forms of vitamin B12 readily converted to active intracellular forms.
  • The inclusion of Quatrefolic® [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the bioactive form of folate, ensures optimal utilization of both folate and vitamin B12, as folate is a critical cofactor for B12 optimization.
  • The lozenge delivery system of Trifolamin™ allows for enhanced absorption of both vitamin B12 and folate through the oral mucosa, bypassing potential digestive limitations.
  • These three forms of B12 are naturally present in foods and can be readily converted in the body to the active intracellular forms of B12.
  • Supports healthy vitamin B12 levels.
  • Promotes optimal folate status.
  • Maintains healthy neurological function.
  • Supports overall energy production.
  • Promotes healthy red blood cell formation.

Folate (as Quatrefolic® [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, glucosamine salt), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin, Hydroxycobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin), Mannitol, modified cellulose, natural orange flavor and color, vegetable stearate, citric acid, and luo han guo extract (fruit).

Take 1 lozenge per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Allow lozenge to dissolve slowly and completely in mouth and swallow.

  • Vitamin B12 absorption and bioavailability

Research indicates that sublingual administration of B12 can bypass intrinsic factor limitations and enhance absorption, particularly in individuals with malabsorption issues.

  • Folate and Vitamin B12 interaction

Studies demonstrate the synergistic relationship between folate and vitamin B12, highlighting the importance of adequate folate levels for optimal B12 utilization and methylation processes.
