Vitamin A (as Palmitate), Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) (5000 IU), Vitamin K (as Vitamin K1 Phytonadione 1000 mcg; Vitamin K2 Menaquinone-4 1000 mcg), Vitamin E Isomers (DeltaGold®) [as delta and gamma tocotrienols from annatto (Bixa orellana)(seed)], Trans-Geranylgeraniol (GG-Gold®) [from annatto (Bixa orellana)(seed)], Bovine gelatin, purified water, glycerine, medium chain triglycerides, annatto (color), beeswax, quillaja extract.

Take 1 softgel per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
