Total Carbohydrate, Protein, Sodium, Collagen Peptides (FORTIGEL® and TENDOFORTE®), Univestin® Proprietary Blend [standardized extract of baicalin and catechins from Chinese Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis)(root) and Cutch Tree (Acacia catechu)(heartwood)], Natural flavors, tapioca dextrin, citric acid, steviol glycosides (from organic Stevia rebaudiana leaf), spirulina extract (color), silicon dioxide.

Mix 14 grams (approximately one scoop) in 8 ounces of water per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
